The position

As a key member of the legal and compliance team, you’ll tackle a diverse range of responsibilities, from advising business departments to handling complex contracts and litigation matters. Your insights will drive legal strategy and ensure compliance across borders, making a tangible difference in our operations.

The profile

• Draft, review, and negotiate international commercial contracts across various sectors.
• Support legal risk management initiatives and stay ahead of evolving legislation.
• Provide actionable legal guidance to cross-functional teams, influencing decision-making.
• Collaborate with the General Counsel EMEA on dispute resolution.
• Engage in multidisciplinary international projects, shaping Medline’s global footprint.

What Medline is Looking For:

• A Law degree from an EU country, coupled with 3 to 5 years of international business experience.
• Expertise in commercial contracts and a solid grasp of regulatory frameworks, ideally within the medical device or life science industry.
• Proficiency in English, with fluency in additional languages such as German or French preferred.
• Proactive mindset, with the ability to navigate complex legal challenges independently.
• Strong communication skills and a commercial acumen to drive pragmatic solutions.
• A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment while upholding the highest legal standards.
